Arrival & departure
- Check-in: 4 p.m.–11 p.m. Self check-in with smart lock.
- Check-out before 10 a.m. Early arrival or late departure requires confirmation and may have a fee.
Guests & pets
- Maximum 12 guests. All overnight guests must be registered; unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
- The person who books must check in. Only registered guests may use the entry code.
- Government-issued ID is required from the primary guest and all adult occupants before check-in instructions are provided.
- Up to 2 pets, each weighing 40 lb or less. Tell us about your pets before booking.
Respect for the home & neighbors
- Quiet hours: 11 p.m.–7 a.m. No parties, events or excessive noise.
- No smoking in the home or within 50 feet of it. No illegal drugs or commercial photography.
- Do not tamper with security equipment, the router or communication devices.
River, boats & departure
- Ask before bringing a boat: dock length is 21 feet and nearby fixed bridges have a maximum clearance of 6 feet.
- Before leaving, gather used towels, dispose of trash and lock the home.
- Please keep the home tidy and do not flush wipes, diapers or sanitary products.
